In the past fifteen years, the world has turned upside-down, yet we offer the same solutions and perspective we offered before. We work in different environments and interact with each other and with technology in ways never even conceived of. Yet, many who “consult,” offer a limited number of solutions – the same cure-alls that been offered for years and have never really worked. We point others down well-traveled paths that we know to be dead-ends. Why? Because we’re afraid of thinking in non-traditional ways even if that’s the only path to a much better answer.
I make the effort to understand the issues, think broadly about the issues and bring together a wide range of resources and people who can make a difference.
